Garden Club

Marlborough, Massachusetts

Club meetings are open to the public - see the schedule here.
Consider joining us for an evening of gardening tips and community-building!

Our next meeting of the year will be on Wednesday, October 11

Joan Butler will present on Spring Ephemerals - early woodland wild flowers such as bloodroot, hepatica and primula.
Join us to learn about their habitats, ideal growing conditions and unique adaptations.

Joan is a Master Gardener, a retired horticulturist and a member of the Garden Consultants Council who has presented numerous programs throughout the Northeast to garden clubs and horticultural societies.  She believes gardens should invite you to linger in the world outside your door.

Annual Plant Sale

Save the date! Plant Sale is May 13!

Our Annual Plant Sale is one of the club’s two cornerstone fundraising events. The sale supports our community activities of promoting beautification, education, and conservation in Marlborough.

The sale features hundreds of member-grown plants, shrubs and trees at low prices.  More...

Our members bring a rich network of talents, experience, and interests to the club.  Some have extensive perennial gardens, some just grow herbs or tomatoes on the porch, but we share a passion for plants and a sense of community.  Friendships are created and strengthened by teamwork at our civic sites, fundraising, and activity groups (book clubs, bocce, dinner club, etc.).  More...
